Items may be returned, unmarked and in saleable condition, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping and handling with the exception of the Perinatal Orientation and Education Program (POEP), Neonatal Orientation and Education Program (NOEP), CD-ROMs and Archived products. POEP, NOEP, CD-ROMs and Archived products are non-returnable, non-refundable and all sales are final. Electronic media, including POEP, NOEP, CD-ROMs and DVDs may be exchanged for same ITEM ONLY if damaged or defective. Electronic media cannot be returned for refund - Please see AWHONN's Electronic Media Statement.

Returned items must be accompanied by an AWHONN returns form and a copy of the order invoice. Please provide the information requested on the return form along with a brief explanation for the reason of the return.
