FHM Instructor Agreement Expiration Notice

FHM Instructors are required to update and/or disclose any potential/significant conflicts of interest that may impact their teaching the AWHONN courses. Your Instructor Conflict of Interest will expire within 30 days. The Conflict of Interest is posted online for review and acceptance.

 

Acceptance of the agreement allows Instructors to continue registering courses and to continue teaching in the program without interruption of Instructor status. 

 

30 Day Email Notice

30 days prior to your expiration date, an automated email will be sent to the email address in your profile. The email will contain a link that will allow you to update and renew your agreement.
