I am trying to access a course from work, but it will not launch. What can I do?

This is a typical problem that occurs because you are trying to access it behind your work's firewall.

 

To resolve this issue, please ask your IT Department representative to add AWHONN to their firewall's list of trusted sites. If you are still having problems after this occurs, contact support@digitalignite.com.
