Welcome to the Pennsylvania AWHONN section website. The Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) is dedicated to improving and promoting the health of women and newborns. The organization also strives to strengthen the profession of nursing through research, education, and legislative advocacy. AWHONN members are empowered to provide innovative, superior care and to excel in their nursing care through the resources, support, and education provided by the organization. 

 

The Pennsylvania Section of AWHONN has six chapters:

  • North West
  • North Central
  • North East
  • South West
  • South Central
  • South East

We welcome new members to our organization. The Pennsylvania section leaders are committed to building a community of nurses in the state who are dedicated to improving the health of women and newborns. Please contact anyone of the section or chapter leaders for more information.
