Thank you for visiting our San Diego, California (SDCA) Chapter website. Anyone interested in promoting the health of women and newborns is invited to join us at our upcoming meetings.

The San Diego Chapter of AWHONN is dedicated to providing  information and resources to its members and the community. We embrace the mission of AWHONN, which is to improve and promote the health of women and newborns and to strengthen the nursing profession by practicing evidenced based care practices and advocating for our patients. Our profession is strengthened when we network with each other, other health care disciplines, and our communities to share both the challenges and successes that are faced in health care and what is and is not working
