All convention activities are being held at the xxxx and the xxxx in downtown New Orleans, LA.


We anticipate 3,300 total attendees and estimate 2,300 nurse attendees.

Each 10×10 booth comes with 3 complimentary exhibitor registrations. You can register your attendees now.


Your exhibitor badge grants you access to the exhibit hall show floor, general sessions and the President’s Party on Monday evening.


Exhibitors (with an exhibit badge) cannot attend sessions unless they have registered as an attendee. CNE credit can ONLY be obtained if you are registered as an attendee for the convention.


A current list of exhibitors can be found on the online floor plan.


You will be sent a link and password in your Booth Space Confirmation email. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to update your online information.


The Online Exhibitor Service Kit is sent electronically along with a password.

Yes, all exhibitors may set up their own booth. Please refer to the Exhibitor Service Kit for specific details, rules and regulations.
