AWHONN's 2020 Research Grant Program 

In 2020, AWHONN will award up to $25,000 in research awards that focus on AWHONN's 2019-2024 research priorities.  Grants will be funded between $5,000 (for novice awards) to $10,000 for more experienced researchers or complex proposals.  The application portal will open on Monday, September 16, 2019 and close on Friday, December 13, 2019.  Novice investigators are encouraged to submit proposals not exceeding $5,000. All studies must be completed within a one-year time frame, typically Summer 2020 with a completion date of Summer 2021.

 

If selected for funding, awardees are expected to attend AWHONN's annual 2020 convention in Phoenix, Arizona to receive their award on stage.  investigators will present findings from their study at AWHONN's annual convention in Denver, Colorado in June 2022.
