Your involvement should extend beyond involvement at the local chapter or attendance at annual convention.  Fellows are expected to have contributed at the regional, national, and/or international level.

Contributions to the profession that exceeded your job description must be captured.  The scope of impact and wide-reaching impact on the care to women, newborns, and patients across the reproductive spectrum must be clearly described. 

Substantial and Significant Contributions

Membership

Your membership must be in good standing and be sustained for a minimum of five years.  Membership years do not have to be consecutive.
